Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is being sued by a California family for burns they claim their son received from nacho cheese. Michael and Maria Harris, from San Diego, visited
Walt Disney World last March and ate at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe with their son Isaiah, 4.

The suit states "the cheese was scalding hot and resulted in severe burns" on Isaiah's face and caused him "permanent scarring, pain and suffering." In their suit, the Harrises say that Disney served the cheese "negligently and carelessly" with "no effort" to control its temperature.

A statement from Disney was released in response. "It's unfortunate when any child gets injured. We just received notice of the lawsuit and we are currently reviewing it."
